Hey Kids! Looking for Something to do this Summer? Then join Seasonal Ranger Alison Vick’s “River Otters” at Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park! Each Saturday beginning Saturday, June 5 Seasonal Ranger Alison Vick will be offering an especially designed Junior Ranger program for children ages 6 to 9, or children who will be enrolled in Kindergarten through Third Grade in Fall 2010. Each Saturday we will meet at the Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park, Park Office, in Byrdstown, TN; located directly behind the park museum, from 10:00 to 11:30 CST. Each session will cover a new topic ranging from Mammals to Old-Fashioned Games. Hey Kids! THIS SUMMER AT CORDELL HULL BIRTHPLACE STATE PARK: Cordell Hull Junior Ranger Program! If you’re between the ages of ten and fourteen and looking to get out more this summer then come and join us at Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park in Byrdstown! Beginning Monday, June 7 we will be exploring a multitude of historical and nature-related topics. Programs meet from 2:00-3:30 PM Saturdays and Mondays throughout June and July. Each session will introduce a new topic such as “Old-fashioned Games,” “Mammals,” “Trees,” and “Cumberland Tennessee in the 1800s.” Pick up Summer Program Forms at your School Office or Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park.
